European Networks in Action: EUCLASS Partnership Leads to Student Mobility
Last week, Centro San Viator had the pleasure of welcoming a Marjut from Ammattiopisto Luovi in Finland.
Marjut recently shared her teaching experiences in our EUCLASS Alliance podcast, including the successful pilot phase collaboration with San Viator where students from both institutions connected online. Now, she visited San Viator in person to observe how the Spanish institution works with Pre-VET and Task Learning Section students—programs specifically designed for learners with special educational needs.
The visit also provided an opportunity to showcase the strong collaborative network San Viator has built locally over many years. Together, we visited several partner organizations: Artxandape Ikastetxea, Uxoa ,Lantegi Batuak, and APNABI Autismo Bizkaia. We extend our gratitude to all these centers for welcoming us and demonstrating their excellent work. Eskerrik asko!
The visit concluded with wonderful news: a group of Task Learning Section students from San Viator will travel to Finland to experience a formative and cultural exchange firsthand.
For these students, many of whom face additional learning challenges, this international experience will be transformative, allowing them to develop not only professional and language skills but also confidence, independence, and a sense of European identity.
How wonderful it is to keep building networks!
